Is it safe to buy tickets from your website?

Yes. We use trusted payment providers (such as Stripe) and all transactions are processed through a secure SSL connection. Your personal and payment information is kept safe at all times.

 

Will I receive an official confirmation for my tickets?

Yes. Right after your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with tickets including a QR code. This QR code is your entry to the event.

 

What if I don’t receive my ticket by email?

First, please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find your ticket, contact our customer support and we’ll resend it to you immediately.

 

Can I return my tickets if I can’t attend?

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable if you are unable to attend. However, if the event is canceled by us, you will receive a full refund automatically.

 

What happens if the event is canceled or rescheduled?

 

  • If the event is canceled: your ticket will be fully refunded.

  • If the event is rescheduled: your ticket remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, please contact us for further options.

 

 

Are tickets available at the door?

Most of our events sell out in advance, so we strongly recommend purchasing your tickets online early.
